Harriet Kemsley: Biography, Career, Dyspraxia & Tour Dates

There’s a particular kind of comedian who turns life’s messiest moments into punchlines, and Harriet Kemsley has made that her calling card. She’s taking a new show titled Floozy on the road in 2026, with dates announced from London’s Leicester Square Theatre to venues across the UK (Beyond The Joke (comedy listings site)), sorting what the available records verify from the details that remain unconfirmed.

Profession: Comedian, writer and actress ·
Known for: Co-creating and starring in Viceland reality sitcom Bobby and Harriet: Get Married ·
Current tour: Floozy — a new show about dating, mushrooms and embracing inner chaos ·
Tour opener: 1 Oct 2026, London ·

Eight rows, one pattern: the verified record is rich on touring and neurodivergence, thin on biography.

Why is Harriet Kemsley famous?

Harriet Kemsley built her name as a live act: her stand-up draws on embarrassment, awkward moments and the gap between who she is and who she thought she’d be.

Her most visible project to date is the Viceland reality sitcom Bobby and Harriet: Get Married, which she co-created and starred in with fellow comedian Bobby Mair (her official website). The title blurred fiction and real life — and it gave search engines a durable question about her marital status.

In 2026, the focus returns to stand-up. Floozy, announced to open at London’s Leicester Square Theatre on 1 October 2026, is the highest-profile chapter of that run, with dates reaching venues across England, Scotland and Wales.

The pattern: Kemsley’s fame is self-built. The more she puts on stage, the more solid the public record becomes.

Is Harriet Kemsley dyspraxic?

The search query often asks “Is Harriet Kemsley dyspraxia?” — the correct framing is “Is she dyspraxic?” According to Neuro Rainbow Project (neurodiversity platform), she publicly identifies as dyspraxic. The same profile reports she was diagnosed with dyspraxia during adulthood.

She explored the subject in depth on the Happy Place podcast, in an episode published 28 July 2025, where she described how dyspraxia shaped her relationship with mistakes, embarrassment and resilience (Happy Place). That interview turned a clinical label into the engine of her comedy.

The catch: the neurodiversity profile is a smaller, community-facing outlet, so its claims carry less independent weight than the podcast interview does.

Is Harriet Kemsley in a relationship?

The short answer: the reviewed materials don’t confirm a current partner or marital status. Search interest still clusters around the phrase “Harriet Kemsley husband” — usually tied to comedian Bobby Mair, her creative partner on the Viceland series.

Are Harriet Kemsley and Bobby Mair still together?

• No interview, statement or record in the reviewed materials addresses their current status.

Their professional partnership is documented; whether it’s romantic, platonic or otherwise is not confirmed in the available record.

Who is Harriet Kemsley’s ex?

• No former partners are named in the materials reviewed for this profile.

For a comedian so open about her own disasters, that omission is notable.

Who is Bobby Mair married to?

• The reviewed materials don’t include a marriage announcement, registry or interview confirming an answer.

The assumption is Kemsley, but the assumption isn’t evidence.

Who did Harriet Kemsley marry?

• No wedding announcement or personal confirmation appears in the analyzed sources.

The Viceland title invited the question; the public record doesn’t settle it.

The pattern: the public record is thinner than the search demand.

Does Harriet Kemsley have children?

None of the reviewed materials — tour listings, the neurodiversity profile or the podcast — mention children. The honest answer is that there’s no public information either way.

Who is Harriet Kemsley’s mother?

• The identity of her mother does not appear in the analyzed materials.

Family names stay out of the coverage reviewed here, even as Kemsley’s stage material mines her personal life.

The pattern: Kemsley’s candor is selective. Her internal life fuels the act; her family’s identities remain offstage.

How old is Harriet Kemsley?

The reviewed materials don’t state her age or birth date. The gap is consistent: no date of birth, no school, no hometown in the analyzed records.

What school did Harriet Kemsley go to?

• No school is named in the reviewed materials.

Where does Harriet Kemsley live?

• No current residence is mentioned in the reviewed materials.

The strongest timeline markers are career markers: the Happy Place episode published on 28 July 2025 and the Floozy opener on 1 October 2026. Neither reveals her age.

Why it matters: when a public figure’s official trail omits basic bio data, the search vacuum fills with guesswork — which is exactly why those guesses have no reliable source.

Confirmed facts and open questions

The trade-off: the more confirmed the touring record becomes, the more conspicuous the biographical silence is.

Key quotes

“A brand-new show about dating, mushrooms, and her ongoing mission to embrace her inner chaos.”

— Floozy show description

“Dyspraxia Shaped My Comedy: Turning Shame into Power.”

— Episode title, Happy Place podcast, published 28 Jul 2025 (Happy Place)

The pattern: two quotes, two sides of the same career — one sells the show, one explains the comic.

Kemsley’s next chapter is already scheduled: Floozy tours through autumn 2026 with more dates on her official website, and every stop sells the same honest, self-lacerating comedy that built her following. For comedy fans deciding how to spend an autumn evening, the choice is clear: catch Floozy while the dates last, or wait for the next installment of a career that keeps turning personal material into public conversation.
